Order Confirmation Process
Pre-Authorisation: When you place an order, we pre-authorise your card, but it is not immediately charged.
Availability Check: We then confirm the availability of the product with our supplier.
Payment and Dispatch: If the product is available, we will process the payment, and your order will be dispatched promptly. If there is any delay or backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and notify you.
Note: This process may vary depending on the brand and if the product requires customisation.
Dispatch Time: Assuming the product is in stock, we will charge your card and dispatch your order within 5 working days.
Delivery Times: Delivery times for products in stock typically 7 working days from the date of order. However, depending on the time of year, brand, and product type, this can vary. Particularly for commercial-grade or customised products, the processing and handling time is more extensive. In such cases, please anticipate a longer delivery period of 3 to 6 weeks. We endeavour to keep you informed and appreciate your patience and understanding in these varying timelines.**
Tracking Details: Tracking information will be emailed within 24 hours of dispatch.
Follow-Up: If tracking details are not received within 6 working days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Curb Side Drop Off:* All deliveries are curb side drop-offs unless bespoke delivery and installation services are arranged (see section below).
Delivery Communication: You may receive a call from our delivery courier or haulage company to confirm delivery date and timings. Ensure your contact number on the order is accurate.
Pallet Deliveries: Deliveries that require pallets may take longer to dispatch.
A2S Fitness will endeavour to honour specific delivery dates upon request, but cannot compensate for late delivery due to third-party carriers.
*Orders that are irregularly shaped or over 75kg typically require curb side pallet delivery. This is an estimate and may vary based on the specific order.
**Due to the current geopolitical situation in the Red Sea, some of our products that are not currently physically stocked in the UK may take up to 10 weeks for delivery. This is an unfortunate situation that is beyond our control and we hope it all to go back to normal very soon. We apologise for any inconvenience.
NOTE - Order Confirmation, Scheduling & Pre-Delivery CheckAfter your order is confirmed, our logistics partners will reach out to gather necessary delivery information and schedule a convenient delivery date for your order. To ensure a seamless delivery experience, our logistics team may contact you via text or phone call to assess and confirm the following details:
Space Requirements: Verify if doorways, lifts, or passages are wider than the product dimensions.
Obstructions: Identify any steps or stairwells inside or outside your property, tight spaces that require furniture pivoting, or any other obstacles that might hinder the delivery path.
Access Issues: Confirm clear path availability, including any locked gates, hidden entries, fences, hedges, or objects that could obstruct delivery. Additionally, we need to ensure that a truck the size of a fire engine can access your property.
DamagesInspection and Reporting: Inspect your items upon delivery and sign for them. Report any damages or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt.
Clear photos of damages should be sent to email@example.com to initiate an insurance claim.
Cancellation & RefundsCancellation Fees: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may incur additional fees.
Return Costs: If the order is dispatched, the buyer is responsible for return costs.
Refund Process: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item, typically within 10 business days. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return.
14-Day Policy: You have 14 days from receipt to request a return. This does NOT apply for Made-To-Order or customised items.
Return Conditions: Items must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Packaging Retention: Retain all original packaging and pallets in case of a return. If not retained, the cost of post and packaging will be borne by the customer and goods must be received in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Initiating a Return: Contact us at email@example.com to start the return process.
Return Instructions: We will provide a return shipping number and instructions. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.
Restocking Charge: There may be a re stocking charge for any returned goods of 15%.
Please note that delivery times may increase around holidays, peak shipping seasons, and for pre-order or customised items.

Additional Fees: Be aware that these services come with additional charges, which are separate from the product price.
Variable Costs: Charges may vary based on the product type and the specifics of the installation.
Accurate Quotations: To get a precise quote, simply email our installation support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details. We will get back to you within 24h requesting for specific information to help determine a quote. Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you with detailed information and pricing.
Requesting Installation Services
During/Post Checkout: Indicate your need for installation services by contacting our support team at email@example.com with your order details or interested item of purchase. We will get back to you within 24h requesting for specific information about your order to help determine a quote.
Post-Purchase Inquiry: If you've already completed your purchase, don't worry. You can still request installation services. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and information about your delivery location (e.g., floor number, doorway dimensions, availability of a service lift, etc.). We'll get back to you with an estimated quote.
Please note: We cannot guarantee that your product will be delivered and that an engineer will visit your location to assemble the product on the same day. Availability for such services may vary.
Please note: The following estimates are for reference only and may vary significantly based on your delivery details and the nature of the product. These prices are in addition to the cost of the product and are not confirmed until our A2S Fitness support team provides a final quote.
